When I saw a corrected version of Arthur M. Bialer, T. C. Memo. 2026-110, I was hopeful that the correction would  give new life to a whistleblower who furnished blogfodder not often met with. See my blogpost “Term of Art,” 10/29/26.

Unhappily, the correction embodied in Arthur M. Bialer, Docket No. 5983,19W, filed 11/4/26, only corrects “an error in the middle initial of the name of counsel in the Court’s Memorandum Opinion (T.C. Memo. 2026-110), docket entry 189, filed October 29, 2026.” Order, at p. 1.
